Abstract:
THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE NEEDED TO AID IN CONTROLLING SAFETY AND POLLUTION HAZARDS ARISING FROM BULK LIQUID CARGO SHIPMENTS. THEY ARE USED TO EVALUATE THE DESIGN, EQUIPMENT, AND OPERATION OF THE SHIPS FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS. RESPONDENTS ARE PRINCIPALLY SHIP'S OFFICERS ON CHEMICAL TANKERS.
