THE APPLICATION FOR TRAINING IS THE APPLICATION FORM USED FOR ALL TRAINING ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED BY CDC. THE INFORMATION IS NECESSARY FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING OF STUDENTS FOR COURSES AND ALSO FOR GENERATING MANAGEMENT STATISTICS REGARDING TRAINING.
