Abstract:
TH HAZARD COMMUNICATION STANDARD REQUIRES CHEMICAL MANUFACTURERS AND IMPORTERS TO GENERATE HAZARD INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS, AND MAK IT AVAILABLE TO EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYEES COVERED BY THE RULE. RESPONDE WILL BE CHEMICAL MANUFACTURERS, IMPORTERS, AND DISTRIBUTORS OF CHEMICA TRANSMITTAL OF SUCH INFORMATION WILL INCREASE PROTECTION OF EMPLOYEES EXPOSED TO CHEMICALS AND DECREASE THE INCIDENCE OF CHEMICAL SOURCE
