Abstract:
"SOCIAL SECURITY, SUPPLEMENTAL SECURITY INCOME, IDENTIFICATION, INCOME." THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE USE OF FORM SSA-8508 IS NEEDED AND USED TO PROVIDE AN ONGOING ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE SSI PROGRAM, SSI POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AND THE EFFECT OF INCORRECT PAYMENTS. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF SSI RECIPIENTS.
