Abstract:
INFORMATION COLLECTIO UNDER THE VIRUS-SERUM-TOXIN ACT OF 1913 AND PERTINENT REGULATIONS APPL TO ALL PERSONS IMPORTING OR SHIPPING ANIMAL BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS INTERSTATE. EXCEPT FOR INFREQUENT INVOLVEMENT OF INDIVIDUALS AND INSTITUTIONS, RESPONSES INVOLVE 70 LICENSED MANUFACTURERS.
