THE REGULATIONS REQUIRE ANY PERSON DETERMINED TO BE THE REAL ESTATE BROKER IN A REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION THAT CONSTITUTES THE SALE OR EXCHANGE OF A PRINCIPAL RESIDENCE TO FILE AN INFORMATION RETURN WITH THE SERVICE AND TO FURNISH A STATEMENT TO THE TRANSFERORS.
