THE PROPOSED RULE WILL CODIFY A GENERAL REQUIREMENT TO REPORT TO THE NRC INFORMATION WITH SIGNIFICANT HEALTH, SAFETY, COMMON DEFENSE, OR SECURITY IMPLICATIONS. ANY PROPOSALS. THIS IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY ON THEIR PART AND ONLY IF THEY DESIRE TO DO SO WOULD THE INFORMATION IN QUESTION BE REQUIRED OF THEM.
