Abstract:
THE INFORMATION IS REQUIRED UNDER THE HAZARDOUS AND SOLID WASTE AMENDMENTS OF 1984. THE REPORTING AND RECORDKEEPING ASPECTS OF THE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE USED BY BOTH EPA AND THE FACILITY'S OWNERS AND OPERATORS IN A VARIETY OF WAYS TO ENSURE THE SAFE AND EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT OF HAZARDOUS WASTE.
