AIR TRANSPORTATION OPERATORS, AIRLINE REGULATION, AND AIRLINE INDUSTR FAA ACT OF 1958, SECTION 604 (49 USC 1424), AUTHORIZES THE ISSUANCE OF OF AIR CARRIER OPERATING CERTIFICATE. 14 CFR 135 PRESCRIBES REQUIREME COMPLIANCE AND APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY.
