SECTION 4942(G)(2) ALLOWS PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS TO SATISFY THE REQUIREME THAT THEY DISTRIBUTE MINIMUM AMOUNTS ANNUALLY BY ESTABLISHING A SET-ASIDE (AN AMOUNT FOR A SPECIFIC PROJECT BUT NOT CURRENTLY DISTRIBUTED). THESE REGULATIONS PERTAIN TO FILING AND RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN SET-ASIDES.
