SOURCES MUST NOTIFY EPA OF CONSTRUCTION, MODIFICATION, STARTUPS, SHUTDOWNS, MALFUNCTIONS AND RESULTS OF PERFORMANCE TESTS. OWNERS/OPERATORS SHALL RECORD ALL DATA AND CALCULATIONS FROM MONTHLY PERFORMANCE TESTS USED TO DETERMINE VOC EMISSIONS, IDENTIFY/RECORD EXCESS EMISSIONS. VOC EMISSIONS SHALL BE REPORTED QUARTERLY IF IN VIOLATION AND SEMIANNUALLY IF IN COMPLIANCE. RECORDS OF DAILY AMOUNTS
