Abstract:
IN ORDER TO FACILITATE FDIC REVIEW OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE FAIR HOUSING LENDING PROSCRIPTIONS OF TITLE VIII OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1968, INSURED STATE NONMEMBER COMMERCIAL AND SAVINGS BANKS ARE REQUIRED BY FDIC REGULATION 12 CFR 338 TO MAINTAIN VARIOUS DATA ON HOME LOAN APPLICANTS.
