THIS STANDARD REQUIRES EMPLOYERS TO TRAIN EMPLOYEES ABOUT THE HAZARDS 1,2-DIBROMO-3-CHLOROPROPANE (DBCP), TO MONITOR EMPLOYEE EXPOSURE, TO PROVIDE MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE, AND MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS OF EMPLOYEE EXPOSURE TO DBCP.
