THESE PROPOSED REGS. RELATE TO INFORMATION REPORTING UNDER SECTIONS 6041, 6042, 6043, 6044, AND 6049, 6050A AND TO BACKUP WITHHOLDING UNDER SECTION 3406. THE REGS.
