Abstract:
INFORMATION REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT 33 U.S.C. 1517 REGARDING ADMINISTRATION/MANAGEMENT OF DEEPWATER ACT PORT LIABILITY FUND. INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO ESTABLISH COMPLIANCE WITH STATUTORY MANDATES. RESPONDENTS ARE OWNERS/OPERATORS OF VESSELS USING DEEPWATER PORTS, PERSONS WHO PROVIDE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY COVERAGE FOR VESSE LIABILITY, AND CLAIMANTS UNDER 33 U.S.C. 1517.
