THE CARRIERS' REPORTS SHOW FIANNCIAL AND OPERATING DATA SHOWING THE CURRENT YEAR ON THIS FORM. REPORTS ARE USE BY THE COMMISSION TO ASSESS INDUSTRY GROWTH, COMPANY FINANCIAL STABILI TRAFFIC, AND ETC., TO INDENTIFY INDUSTRY CHANGES THAT MAY EFFECT NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION POLICY, ALSO USED FOR EVALUATION PROPOSALS FOR CHANGES IN OWNERSHIP OR CONTROL OF TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES.
