THESE RECORDS (BILLS OF SALES, INVOICES) ARE USED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH PROVISIONS OF THE FEDERAL ALCOHOL ADMINISTRATION ACT WHICH PREVEN WHOLESALERS, PRODUCERS, OR IMPORTERS FROM GIVING THINGS OF VALUE TO RETAIL LIQUOR DEALERS.
