COMPLIANCE TESTING OF EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO AUTHORIZATION FOR MARKETING. TO ENSURE THAT DATA GATHERED IS VAILD, CERTAIN MEASUREMENT STANDARDS AND PRACTICES AND DOCUMENTATION OF TESTING PROCEDURES EMPLOYED BY THE EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER OR HIS REPRESENTATIVE, ARE NECESSARY.
