THIS FORM IS USED BY CARRIERS AND IMPORTERS AS A MANIFEST FOR THE ENTRY OF MERCHANDISE FREE OF DUTY UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND BY CUSTOMS TO AUTHORIZE THE ENTRY OF SUCH MERCHANDISE. IT IS ALSO USED B THE CARRIER TO SHOW THAT THE ARTICLES BEING IMPORTED ARE TO BE RELEASE TO THE IMPORTER OR CONSIGNEE.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
