OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF BOILERS AND INDUSTRIAL FURNACES THAT BURN HAZARDOUS WASTE AS FUEL AR REQUIRED TO PREPARE AND MAINTAIN RECORDS AND REPORTS ON A FULL RANGE OF ACTIVITIES INCLUDING STORAGE, NOTIFICATION, WASTE ANALYSIS, MONITORING, INSPECTIONS, TRIAL BURNS, CONTINGENCY PLANS, MANIFESTING AND FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS.
