Terms of Clearance: This ICR again fails to demonstrate the practical utility of requiring either quaterly reports of excess emissions or reports of deviations in monitored scrubber pressures from those established in performance tests. Therefore, these portions of the collection are not approved (the requested annual reports are approved). In the next review of this standard, EPA should reexamine the need for the disapproved requirements. If the agency finds that they are necessary, data shoul be provided to support this conclusion. Any corrospondance concerning this ICR should include the OMB clearance number 2060-0111.
