Abstract:
IRC SECTION 38 ALLOWS A CREDIT AGAINST INCOME TAX FOR AN INCREASE IN RESEARCH ACTIVITIES OF A TRADE OR BUSINE SECTION 28 ALLOWS A CREDIT FOR CLINICAL TESTING EXPENSES IN CONNECTION WITH DRUGS FOR CERTAIN RARE DISEASES.
