THE STANDARD REQUIRES OWNERS OF NEW OR MODIFIED/RECONSTRUCTED FACILITI THAT COAT PLASTIC PARTS FOR BUSINESS MACHINES TO MAINTAIN RECORDS AND MAKE DETERMINATIONS ON THE QUANTITY OF VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS EMITTED. SEMIANNUAL REPORTS OF COMPLIANCE AND QUARTERLY REPORTS OF NONCOMPLIANCE ARE SUBMITTED TO THE ADMINISTRATOR.
