Abstract:
PROVIDES DATA TO ESTIMATE STOCKS OF GRAIN, OILSEEDS POTATOES, PEANUTS AND HOPS IN THE U.S. PLUS DRY BEAN STOCKS IN NEW YORK. SECRETARY OF AGRICULTURE CONSIDERS CARRYOVER STOCKS RELATIVE TO THE DEPARTMENT'S EXPORT-IMPORT PROGRAM. ESTIMATES ALSO USED BY GROWER AND AGRI-BUSINESS FIRMS IN THEIR PRODUCTION AND MARKETING DECISIONS.
