Abstract:
UNDER THE FEDERAL ALCOHO ADMINISTRATION ACT AND ITS IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS, BOTTLERS AND IMPORTERS OF ALCOHOL BEVERAGES ARE REQUIRED TO DISPLAY CERTAIN INFORMATION FOR CONSUMERS ON LABELS INCLUDING, IN THE CASE OF WINE, THE ALCOHOLIC CONTENT.
