INFORMATION IS REQUIRED ON A ONE-TIME BASIS FROM SPONSORS OF PUBLIC EVENTS SEEKING MILITARY PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT AS PART OF ARMED FORCES COMMUNITY RELATIONS PROGRAMS.
