THE ITEM "EXPENDITURES FOR CHAPTER 2, ECIA" MUST BE ADDED TO THE FISCAL SURVEY OF THE COMMON CORE OF DATA (CCD), I ORDER TO PROVIDE DATA DOR THE CHAPTER 1 PROGRAM OFFICE, WHICH COMPUTES STATE ALLOCATIONS OF APPROXIMATELY 3.9 BILLION DOLLARS. RESPONDENTS WILL BE 57 STATE CCD COORDINATORS.
