Terms of Clearance: This collection is approved for use under OMB control number 2106-0023 by which time OST shall have reassessed the need for the requirement for applicants to supply a route map as well as 302 related requir ments for fuel availability and use estimates. OST should specificall address the question of practical utility for these data elements. OST shall also describe any reviews that the Department has undertaken to identify alternates to this information collection requirement that could reduce that burden. If OST fails to address these concerns OMB will consider taking other actions to ensure that the collection is in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980.
