This ICR is for the proposed Hazardous Waste Disposal Restrictions for Class I injection of First Third Wastes and the California list wastes. This ICR is approved. When the rule is finalized, EPA should submit final burden estimates. If changes are made to the proposal th effect burden, those provisions must be submitted and approved. Since the UIC base renewal package expires 7/31/88, this ICR is approved unt that time as well. After that date, the incremental burden associated with this ICR should be added to the renewal package making sure the burden is presented and discussed separately. Previous comments of 12/87 and 7/87 still apply.
