TRAVEL COSTS, CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION' GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS THAT USE COMPANY AIRCRAFT MUST MAINTAIN LOGS OF FLIGHTS CONTAINING SPECIFIC INFORMATION TO ENSURE THAT COSTS ARE PROPERLY CHARGED AGAINST GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS AND THAT DIRECTLY ASSOCIATED COSTS OF UNALLOWABLE ACTIVITIES ARE NOT CHARGED TO SUCH CONTRACTS.
