SECTION 6031 (B) REQUIRES A PARTNERSHIP TO FURNISH CERTAIN INFORMATION TO ITS PARTNERS. SECTION 6031 (C) REQUIRES ANY PERSON WHO HOLDS AN INTEREST IN A PARTNERSHIP AS NOMINEE FOR ANOTHER PERSON TO FURNISH TO THE PARTNERSHIP CERTAIN INFORMATION.
