THE ED FORM 799 IS USE BY 12,000 LENDERS PARTICIPATING IN THE GUARANTEED STUDENT LOAN (GSL) AND PLUS PROGRAMS TO REQUEST PAYMENT OF INTEREST AND SPECIAL ALLOWANCE. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE PAYMENT OF INTEREST AND/OR SPECIAL ALLOWANCE, PARTICIPANTS SUBMIT ED FORM 799 ON A QUARTERLY BASIS. ED FORM 799 ADDENDUM.
