Abstract:
ANY VESSEL THAT HAS A CAPACITY OF 250 BARRELS OF OIL OR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS MUST HAVE WRITTEN PROCEDURES FOR TRANSFERS TO AND FROM THE VESSEL AND FROM TANK TO TANK WITHIN THE VESSEL. THESE PROCEDURES HELP TO PREVENT POLLUTION.
