Terms of Clearance:
As per the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320, this collection is partially approved. NRC requested 4800 hours of burden--an amount consistant with the OMB approval of 5/15/85. However, in early 1986 NRC revised its requirements limiting the reporting of NRC form 742C solely to nuclear reactor licensees. On 3/6/86 NRC requested a revision to the collection 3150-0058 to reduce the reporting burden to 1920 hours. This clearance package contains no explination of why the burden is now being increased and, therefore, the additional burden request is disapproved.
