Abstract:
THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO FORM N-1A, REGISTRATION STATEMENT FOR OPEN-END MANAGEMENT INVESTMENT COMPANIES ("FUNDS"), WOULD REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURE TO BE MADE REGARDING THE AMOUNT OF PAYMENTS UNDE A PLAN TO USE FUND ASSETS TO PAY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE DISTRIBUTIO OF FUND SHARES.
