The recordkeeping and reporting requirements of the ICR are again approved with the exception of the quarterly reporting of excess emissions. These reports are approved for semi-annual submission only. THE SUPPORTING STATEMENT TO THIS ICR STATES THAT EPA INTENDS TO REVISE THE CFR TO INCORPORATE THIS CHANGE BEFORE THE EXPIRATION OF THE ICR.

OWNERS/OPERATORS OF STATIONARY GAS TURBINES MUST NOTIFY EPA OF CONSTRUCTIONS, MODIFICATIONS, STARTUPS, MALFUNCTION, AND DATES AND RESULTS OF PERFORMANCE TESTS. THE MUST REPORT PERIOD OF EXCESS SO2 AND NOX EMISSIONS QUARTERLY. THEY MUST MAINTAIN RECORDS OF (A) THE SULFUR AND NITROGEN CONTENT OF THE FUEL, (B) DATA FROM ALL TESTS, (C) DATA FR THE CONTINUOUS MONITORING SYSTEM, AND (D) DATA ON ANY STARTUP, SHUTDOW
