1 'FINANCIAL RECORDS, LENDING INSTITUTIONS, DEBIT CAP, DAYLIGHT OVERDRAFT, CAPITAL' FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM WILL GATHER INFORMATION FROM INSTITUTIONS ON FEDWIRE AND ON PRIVATE LARGE-DOLLAR WIRE NETWORKS. RESPONDENTS WILL REPORT A CROSS-SYSTEM SENDER NET DEBIT CAP BASED ON ADJUSTMENT PRIMARY CAPITAL.
