Terms of Clearance: Approved for 90 days with the following comments. In prior submissions of this information collection request, HUD has requested the approval of forms 92441 and 92442. HUD now indicates in its "Justification" that since these forms are contract forms it is no longer requesting, in this clearance request, OMB approval to use these forms. We note that both forms are covered by the Paperwork Reduction Act's requirements, and that they must be approved by OMB for imposition on the public. We are granting a 90 clearance for this information collection to provide HUD with additional time to amend this clearance request to include the 92441 and 92442 forms.

USED BY CONTRACTOR, MORTGAGOR AND MORTGAGEE TO OBTAIN APPROVAL OF CONTRACT DRAWINGS CHANGE OR CHANGE IN APPROVED SPECIFICATION. NEEDED BY HUD TO OBTAIN COMPLIANC WITH ARTICLE 1E OF THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT.
