SECURES DATA ON CURRENT AND CAPITAL ACCOUNT TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN U.S. PERSONS AND FOREIGN BUSINESS ENTERPRISES IN WHICH THEY HAVE AN EQUITY INTEREST OF 10 PERCENT OR MORE.
