Abstract:
PROVIDERS OF SERVICES PARTICIPATIN IN THE MEDICARE PROGRAM ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ANNUAL INFORMATION TO ACHIEVE SETTLEMENT OF COSTS FOR HOSPITAL SERVICES RENDERED TO MEDICARE BENEFICIARIES.
