Abstract:
TO QUALIFY FOR PARTICIPATION IN THESE PROGRAMS, LENDERS ARE REQUIRED TO FILE WITH THE DEPARTMENT, FINANCIAL STATEMENTS PLUS THE DESIGNATED FORMS THAT PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THEIR STAFFING AND QUALITY CONTROL PLANS. BASED ON THIS INFORMATION, HUD WILL DETERMINE WHETHEROR NOT THE LENDERS CAN QUALIFY FOR PARTICIPATION IN THESE PROGRAMS.
