Abstract:
THIS PERMIT AUTHORIZES THE CUTTING OF TIMBER FOR FIREWOOD OR OTHER USES WITHOUT CHARGE. RESPONDENTS ARE INDIVIDUALS AND OTHER OTHER USES WITHOUT CHARGE. THE FOREST SERVICE MONITORS THE PERMITS ISSUED TO ENSURE INDIVIDUALS ARE NOT REMOVING MATERIAL IN EXCESS OF FR USE AMOUNTS.
