Abstract:
THE RULE (RM87-33) REQUIRES THE COMMISSION TO CARRY OUT THE REQUIREMEN OF SECTION 4 OF THE ELECTRIC CONSUMERS PROTECTION ACT OF 1986 (ECPA) CONCERNING THE LICENSEE MAKING INFORMATION REGARDING CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE LICENSED PROJECT READILY AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC.
