Abstract:
AIR POLLUTION CONTROL, INDUSTRIAL POLLUTION, ENVIORNMENTAL MONITORING OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF AFFECTED FACILITIES MUST APPLY FOR APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION OR MOFIDICATION (NEW SOURCES) AS WELL AS APPROVAL OF AMBIENT MONITORING PLANS. OWNERS AND OPERATORS MUST ALSO NOTIFY EPA O STARTUP AND INITIAL PERFORMANCE TESTING. IN ADDITION, MONTHLY REPORTS ON AMBIENT BERYLLIUM MONITORING OR EMISSION LEVELS MUST BE SUBMITTED.
