Abstract:
THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED IN ORDER FOR P&SA PERSONNEL TO CARRY OUT THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES. IT IS USED TO PROVIDE BUSINESS TRANSACTION SAFEGUARDS THAT ARE NECESSARY TO PROTECT FINANCIAL INTERESTS AND TRADE PRACTICES OF LIVESTOCK PRODUCERS AND OTHERS IN THE LIVESTOCK INDUSTRY.
