Abstract:
IRC SECTION 38(B)(3) ALLOWS A CREDIT AGAINST INCOME TAX FOR BUSINESSES THAT SELL OR USE ALCOHOL MIXED WITH OTHER FUELS OR SOLD STRAIGHT. FORM 6478 IS USED TO COMPUTE THIS ALCOHOL FUEL CREDIT.
