EIA-714 GATHERS BASIC DESCRIPTIVE OPERATION INFORMATION REGARDING ELECTRIC ENERGY PRODUCTION, ENERGY TRANSFERS, LOADS AND MAPS OF FACILITIES ON A SYSTEM BASIS.
