Pursuent to 5 CFR 1320 and the Paperwork Reduction Act this Informatio Collection Request is cleared for three years. As part of this clearance package EPA agreed to study the effect of continuous emission monitors on emission from Portland Cement Plants.

Abstract:
THE STANDARD REQUIRES OWNERS OF PORTLAND CEMENT MANUFACTURING FACILITI TO MAKE REPORTS TO THE ADMINISTRATOR AND TO KEEP RECORDS. THE REPORTS AND RECORDS ENABLE THE ADMINISTRATOR TO DETERMINE THAT BEST DEMONSTRAT CONTROL TECHNOLOGY IS INSTALLED AND PROPERLY OPERATED AND MAINTAINED.
