Abstract:
FIFRA REQUIRES PRODUCERS OF PESTICIDES TO MAINTAIN CERTAIN RECORDS RELATED TO THEIR PRODUCTION OF PESTICIDES AND OTHER OPERATIONS. EPA MA INSPECT THESE RECORDS TO HELP DETERMINE PRODUCERS' COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE ACT. PRODUCERS MAY USE THESE SAME RECORDS TO HELP FULFILL CERTAIN REPORTING REQUIREMENTS UNDER FIFRA.
