Terms of Clearance:
This ICR is associated with the proposed Hazardous Waste Disposal Restriction of Second Third List Waste for the Underground Injection Control Program and is approved. At the time of the final rule an Information Correction Worksheet must be submitted for the incremental burden associated with the UIC portion of the rule. The burden should be averaged over the remaining period of clearance (until 9/91) not th 20 years presented in the supporting statement. Please refer to earlier terms of clearance for a full record of this ICR's limits.

OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF CLASS I HAZARDOUS WASTE WELLS WHICH INJECT SECOND THIRD LIST WASTES MUST SUBMIT A PETITION TO DEMONSTRATE NO MIGRATION IN ORDER TO CONTINUE OPERATION. DATA ARE USED TO ENSURE SAFETY OF UNDERGROUND SOURCES OF DRINKING WATER (USDW).
